Shipping

Free shipping starts on orders of Rp1.000.000 to Rp2.000.000, depending on the destination country (excluding surfboards and fragile items).

Our delivery timelines are calculated in working business days, Monday through Friday. Weekends, national holidays and Balinese holidays are not delivery days.

If the shipping address needs to be changed after we have shipped your order, you are responsible for any additional charges from the carrier.

We can only ship to certain PO Boxes. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Customs duties and import taxes

Drifter Surf ships all orders from Indonesia. Customs duties, import taxes and any related fees are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient, including for orders shipped to the USA. Drifter Surf does not pay or refund these charges, and payment may be required before your package is released. Please check your country's regulations before purchasing.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged in transit, faulty, or is not what you ordered, email orders@driftersurf.com within 7 days of receiving it, with your order number and photos of the item and packaging, and we will make it right.

Return shipping

No returns accepted, except for orders shipped to Indonesia, the EU and the UK (including Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein).

For those orders, email orders@driftersurf.com within 14 days of delivery to start a return; returns can't be started through your online account. Wait for our confirmation email with the return address, then send the items so they reach us within 14 days of that email. You are responsible for all packaging and return shipping costs, and any customs charges on the return. Indonesian orders can also be returned in store at Drifter Seminyak or Drifter Uluwatu.
