Custom Surfboard Policy

Please use the same email address that was used when completing the custom surfboard order form.

The $100 USD deposit is non-refundable. Upon receiving the $100 USD deposit, Drifter will process your custom surfboard order. The $100 USD deposit will be credited to the surfboard total Drifter originally quoted via email.

A custom surfboard will take approximately 2-3 weeks (business days) to complete.

Drifter will email the customer when the custom surfboard is finished. The email will include a payment link to complete the remaining amount due.

The customer will have 30 days to complete the remaining amount due for the custom surfboard.

If the final payment is not complete within 30 days, the surfboard will be put in our shop for sale to the public and the deposit will be kept.

In Store Pickup: We offer free in store pickup for all custom surfboards. Pick up can be in Drifter Uluwatu or Drifter Seminyak.

Shipping: We offer domestic and international shipping on custom surfboards. Shipping cost is not included in the surfboard price and is dependent on the size of the surfboard and the destination that the board is being shipped to.

The shipping price will be included in the original quote.

Surfboards that are being shipped must be paid in full before being shipped. All sales are final, there are no returns or refunds.

In the case the surfboard is damaged during the shipping process, Drifter will handle the situation on a case to case basis.
