A Cookbook by Evan Rilling
Our friend Evan has traveled the world surfing and cooking as a personal chef for the likes of celebrities like Will Smith. Being from California, he also happens to have spent quite a bit of time traveling through Mexico, hanging out and cooking with abuelas from Baja to Oaxaca to learn the secret behind the most authentic Mexican food you can find.
So when we let Evan know we wanted to make a Mexican menu for Drifter, he pointed us straight to some of the incredible recipes in his book and our chefs got to work adapting them to our local ingredients and Drifter style. Cheers Evan!
